Documents
The pace of change and the constant updating of government, professional and medical advice means that a continual process of re-assessment of decisions and guidelines must be undertaken.
All members will be playing at their own risk with the understanding that they must conform to the arrangements detailed in the regularly updated Chairman’s emails. If you do not receive these emails please check your spam folder then, if necessary, contact the Club Manager clubmanager@flemptongolfclub.co.uk.
Members should ensure their guests are made aware of the restrictions that should be maintained due to the pandemic.
All players are advised to carry a mobile phone for their own safety and personal security. It should not be switched on routinely but can be used if needed.
Please note that in the wake of the Covid 19 outbreak the free insurance provided by England Golf as part of our affiliation fee may not be valid at the moment. If you have private golf insurance please check this is valid during the outbreak.
Please note that the attached document dated 8th May 2020, a guidance document, is the basis for good practice at Flempton Golf Club during Covid19. Any variance in practice is due to
1) A contextual situation pertinent to the club where it is deemed that a change from the guidance better protects our members, guests and visitors.
